Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized or handmade items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
